Research opportunities

Postgraduate research activities extend across many fields of reproduction and women’s health in the areas of:

Students are trained within the Facility for Advanced Surgical Training (FAST). This is an animate based surgical training facility for postgraduate research within the Lotteries Commission Perinatal Research Laboratories located at the Universities Large Animal Facility.

While completing your research, you will work closely with an expert supervisor on a specific research topic to produce a thesis of significant academic scholarship and originality.

Study options

Research training at the School can lead to an award of the following degrees:

Masters

This is a supervised research degree and candidature for the award is governed by the Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry though its Higher Degrees Committee.
